Invisalign
Invisalign is the nearly invisible way to straighten your teeth and improve your smile, without traditional braces.
Invisalign treatment works through a series of clear aligners. Each aligner is slightly different, gradually moving your teeth into the desired position. Aligners are worn for a minimum of 22 hours per day, only being removed for eating and cleaning. Aligners are usually changed every two weeks.
Invisalign can be used to improve crowding, crooked teeth, protruded teeth, and to broaden the amount of teeth showing when you smile! It is also a convenient way to re-straighten teeth that may have relapsed since having braces when younger.
Does Invisalign hurt?
Much like having the wire changed with traditional braces, some tenderness can be expected for a few days after changing aligners. This usually improves as treatment progresses.
